About the Role:
For the best customer experience and swift issue resolution, you will handle technical queries related to hardware, software, communications, and installations promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing support to Enphase customers via Emails, Chats, and Phone calls round the clock.
- Conducting remote troubleshooting for Enphase products.
- Handling warranty claims and pre-sales queries.
- Assisting in activating new Enphase sites.
- Documenting all activities using CRM/Help Desk software.
- Collaborating with Enphase Engineering on field issues and product enhancements.
- Following departmental procedures and contributing to continuous training and education.
Desired Qualifications:
- A Graduate in B.E/B.Tech with consistent scores above 60% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tech or Customer Support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills, with a background in electrical concepts being advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BE in Electrical Engineering.
- Exposure to solar/PV environments.
