Breakthrough is in search of a Consultant for Fundraising to join its Individual Fundraising team in Delhi. This team is part of the Resource Mobilization center.

The Consultant will oversee the management of volunteers, interns, and past donors to drive fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Volunteer Management – Responsible for supervising fundraising volunteers and interns, organizing online campaigns, and ensuring targets are met;
  • Reacquiring donors – Tasked with reconnecting with donors from the retention database older than 3 years to secure donations;
  • Reach out to schools/colleges – Engage with educational institutions online and offline to recruit volunteers;
  • Maintain a database of volunteers, interns, and donors;
  • Prepare and submit timely reports;
  • Support RM center with additional tasks.

Desired Qualification, Skills and Experience:

  • Preference for candidates with 0-2 years of tele-calling experience; however, fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply;
  • Ability to influence, network, and negotiate with stakeholders;
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities;
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
