  • Assist with the operations of the Agile and DevOPS Tools deployed by Alcon, tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, AWS CodeBuild, Copado, and CodeScan IO. Continuously revaluating the DevOps tool landscape and suggest changes to improve overall process for pipeline operations.
  • Assist in the tracking of DevOps relevant KPIs and metrics, monitoring, measuring and optimizing on a continuous basis such as cycle time, frequency of builds, test coverage and testing cycle time, velocity of releases, and frequency of deployments.
