Key Responsibilities:
·Operational Performance:Track the account's Key PerformanceIndicators and analyse data to identify trends and issues. Detaileddata analytics and insight analytics on high level of financial,business, and operational performance, talent insights,competitive trends for accounts/clients.
·Compliance: Custodian of the account's process documentation and ensuringthese are regularly updated and used by everyone in the CST.Evaluate compliance risks associated with operational performance andflag risk to leadership.
·Finance: Accountable for invoicing activity for the account, maintaininga robust audit process and flagging credit control issues when necessary.
·Stakeholder Management and Service Delivery: Internal /external Indiaand global stakeholder management and communication with Client TA SPOC ifrequired.
·People management: Direct/dotted line management of Analysts assigned tothe account.
Key Skills:
yearsof experience in High Level Data analytics, business assessment and intelligenceincluding high level account P&L management.
Working knowledge of Power BI, Macros, Advance excel, reportingmodules (ATS)
Experience of being able to guide on constructing of dashboards.
Project management experience
Operational knowledge in recruitment or service industry (preferred)
Contractual delivery and assessment
Excellent in communication
Location: Hyderabad
Work Model: Hybrid- 3 days WFO
