We are looking to hire a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify new sales leads and potential customers.
  • Assisting the sales team in preparing proposals & presentations.
  • Managing and updating the customer database.
  • Tracking sales assignments and preparing reports on performance.
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field would be preferred.
