ADP is looking for a Business Consultant / Pre Sales professional for the Chennai location

Your mission: Talking about triumph...our sales squad brings it to life. This is where your expertise steps in. As a key member of our business advisory crew, you'll assist the sales unit throughout the sales journey. Your provision of cutting-edge technical insights to our latest clients will undoubtedly earn you their appreciation.

What you'll be involved in:

  • Collaborating closely with the core sales team to engage with potential clients, comprehend their existing business prerequisites, and future aspirations.
  • Showcasing ADP's service propositions to educate clients on the perks, encompassing features, functionalities, service specifications, and possibly cost-benefit evaluations.
  • Timely response to Requests for Proposals as per client directives.
  • Cultivating and nurturing productive partnerships within ADP's interdisciplinary members to ensure synergy and expertise sharing.
  • Staying abreast of technological advancements related to ADP's services and client platform modifications.
  • Aiding in the creation and finalization of Sales transition documents for ADP's internal teams.

Credentials required:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years engaging in pre-sales responsibilities such as conducting client demos, handling RFPs, RFQs, and documentation.
  • Proficient in communication, negotiation, and professional presentation.
  • Solid technical background and expertise.
  • Proficiency in documenting and presenting solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee or coordinate small-scale projects within stipulated deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and exceptional articulation skills.
  • Ability to establish meaningful dialogues with CEOs/CXOs, and alike.
  • Familiarity with MS-Office and Visio.

Extra points if you possess the following:

  • Familiarity with HR/Payroll outsourcing concepts.
  • Highly organized with outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and coordination to secure both external and internal resources vital for supporting sales processes.
  • Possession of an advanced degree is preferred.
