Position Overview
A leading investment and lending company is looking for energetic and driven individuals to join a fast-growing team as a Supervisor- Deposit Mobilization Officers. Your main job will be to help grow our deposits by bringing in new clients and keeping our current clients happy. If you understand financial products, communicate well, and have a successful background in sales or deposit mobilization in the financial sector, we'd love to meet you

Candidates located in the following areas will be prioritized:

Yaba, Ikeja, Mile 12/Ketu, Ikorodu, Sango, Ile Epo, Ikotun, Ipaja, Ajah, Alaba and Oko-afo/Agbara.

Requirements

About the Role

  • Identify potential businesses and clients looking to invest through market research and networking.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote deposit products.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on deposit growth, client feedback, and market conditions.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
About You
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in Sales.
  • You hold at least an Ordinary National Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lending and savings industry.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • You are excellent at negotiation and persuasion, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • You are self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • You are willing to frequently meet with customers and attend events.
