What you will do:

  • Conduct near-term experiments and projects for immediate impact, as well as develop mid to long-term capabilities for the client's organization.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders to address key product/service issues and explore new revenue streams.
  • Work closely across various functions to optimize and implement strategic plans.
  • Implement current service offerings and devise new ones to enhance key business metrics for the company.

In this position, you will handle responsibilities and projects that do not neatly fit into any specific part of the organization. Therefore, practically, this involves a variety of tasks such as creating financial models and developing presentations/materials.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in product, service, or technology marketing and sales.
  • Postgraduate degree.
  • Previous experience as an entrepreneur or in developing and advocating new solutions.
  • Proven track record of formulating business strategies alongside senior leadership.
  • Collaborative working style; adept at functioning effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to prioritize in uncertain circumstances.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in making data-driven decisions that yield results.
  • Capacity to think innovatively and inspire passion in others.
