Senior Business Development Manager

Key Skills and Educational Qualification:
- Should have a minimum of 3-5+ years or more experience in US staffing as a Business Development Manager.
- Should have managed relationships with CHRO or Vendor management teams.
- Strong proven experience in onboarding both Direct as well as MSP clients.
Job Requirements:
- Having a good Database & Rapport with Tier1 Vendors & clients.
- Proven sales record, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Build a strong and extensive client network and relationships
- Would be responsible for acquiring new clients for contract staffing.
- The candidate must know the end-to-end contract staffing process.
- Would be responsible for building the lead pipeline and soliciting new leads to open new business opportunities.
- Would be responsible for following up with each of the prospects/leads and developing more than 50% into a signed contract.
- Would be actively participating in setting up the New Client Acquisition process and net new sales process in the organization.
- Managing the Customer Relationship and achieving excellence.
- Should have knowledge of P&L, Costing, and Budgeting.
- Should actively seek client feedback in regular intervals and share the same with the operations team to drive customer excellence.
- Meeting the clients' SLA, and NDA to maintain the ongoing healthy relationship and generating new requirements regularly.
- Handling Escalation, Account Mining, and Preparing client dashboards.
- Submission of various reports on recruitment as per business demands.
