Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for generating sales with new/existing customers.
- Developing opportunities with new customers
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your profile.
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base.
- Business opportunities through various routes to mark
- Follow up on the database/leads provided by Company.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Meeting With Clients in the field to report on sales activities to top management
- Sales Executive Manager Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations the
Interests of the Company :
- Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good teambuilding skills
- Good knowledge of underwriting and ops processes
- Training and motivation ability
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Min. 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product marketing, Etc.,)
- Must be graduation
CTC :
2.75 To 3.80 LPA + Performance + Heavy incentive based on sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation skills
