Oracle's Enterprise Risk and Finance (ERF)


is an evolving product engineering team within Oracle FSGBU (Financial Services Global Business Unit) with a suite of industry leading products.

The focus of this team is to develop compelling products and services around Risk, Finance, Treasury and Regulatory Reporting for the Banking and Insurance industry.

These products are built on a unified data architecture demonstrating a combination of Oracle's latest technology offering together with best-in-class open-source technologies.

This requires a focus on high performance computing for analytical workloads including the use of embedded artificial intelligence (AI)/ machine learning (ML) capability.

Our group's goal is to help accelerate our existing customers journey to the cloud and launching new customers to our Cloud solutions in the next 12 to 18 months.

Oracle's Financial Services Financial Crime & Compliance (FCCM)

group is responsible for the development and marketing Financial Crime & Compliance Software.

Our market leading financial crime and compliance software suite is used by leading financial institutions globally and underpins Customer Onboarding, Anti-Money Laundering and Enterprise Fraud systems at some of the largest financial institutions in the world.

FCCM software is powered by advanced analytics capabilities and our group employs data scientists, financial services SMEs, software developers, and product managers; all of whom are focused exclusively on developing advanced analytical applications for the Financial Services Industry.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who has also worked as a Scrum Master with atleast 3+ years to manage the delivery of multiple products.

The preference is experience in Product Development. The candidate should have atleast 10+ years of IT experience with preferable experience in Financial Services domain.
They should have the experience of SAFe implementation.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) / Safe 5 certifications will be an add-on.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Senior Program Manager for Analytics, Risk Management and Financial Crime and Compliance Management product development.
Setup and refine development processes using agile development.
Plan the product backlog, release backlog and sprint plan along with project team
Track release backlog and release timelines using Project Plan
Supervise Sprints using tools like JIRA
Highlight and supervise project risks and issues in timely manner
Summarize development tracking to Senior Management on a regular basis
Ensure that the team follows the development processes
Ensure all Compliance requirements for Product Development wrt organization standards like GDPR, etc.
Ensure organizational system reporting

Required Skills:
15+ years of experience in Software industry
Past experience of Project Manager, Project Development and Program Management
Have experience on both on-premises and cloud development
Has worked in Agile development and Scrum. Prefer Agile certification.
Experience of using tools for Agile/Scrum Management, Defect tracking
Technical understanding of Cloud technologies would be preferred
Prefer domain experience of Financial Services, Risk Management and Financial Crime and Compliance
Time-management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Good communication skills, oral and written
Good Presentation skills
