Define data architecture requirements for AI projects, ensuring data availability, quality, and security. Work with data engineers to establish robust data pipelines for model training and deployment.

Model Development:

Oversee the development of machine learning models, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards. Provide guidance on feature engineering, model selection, and optimization techniques.

Scalability and Performance:

Architect solutions that can scale to meet growing demands and ensure optimal performance of AI applications. Implement best practices for distributed computing and parallel processing. Security and Compliance: Incorporate security measures into AI solutions to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation for AI architectures, including design decisions, algorithms used, and system dependencies. Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to the development team on AI best practices and technologies. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the AI team.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, with a focus on practical applications. In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with AI libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services.

Communication and Leadership:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership experience in guiding a team through the development lifecycle of AI projects.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and business requirements.
