The Role

AI/ML Lead orchestrating strategic development, overseeing a talented team of data scientists and ML engineers.

Role involves effective communication with non-technical stakeholders, ethical decision-making, continuous learning, and driving innovation to align AI strategies with organizational objectives.

 

Skills Requirements

Mandatory Skillset - ML Techniques, any ML Framework, Gen AI Concepts, Azure

Secondary Skillset - AWS, or Google Cloud



Requirements
  • Should be able to Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering professional development.
  • Should be able to cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Should be able to Oversee end-to-end development of ML projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Should be able to coordinate with other teams for seamless integration of ML solutions.
  • Should be able to develop and communicate the AI/ML strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
  • Should be able to Identify opportunities for innovation and the application of new technologies.
  • Should be able to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable ML solutions.
  • Should be able to make decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and tools.
  • Should be able to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and implications of AI/ML initiatives.
  • Should be able to present findings, progress, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Should be able to Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and ethical considerations of ML models.
  • Should be able to stay abreast of the latest AI/ML advancements and assess their potential impact on the organization.
  • Should be able to encourage and facilitate research activities within the team.
  • Able to collaborate with clients or external partners to understand their needs and ensure that AI/ML solutions are aligned with their business objectives.
