Position Overview:


We are seeking highly motivated and tech-savvy Admin and Accounts Interns to join our dynamic team in the Petroleum Clients Department.

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in administrative and accounting tasks specific to the petroleum industry, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and development.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the administrative team in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events related to petroleum clients.
  • Assist in maintaining client files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks specific to petroleum clients, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with the team to research and analyze industry trends and client needs in the petroleum sector.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the petroleum industry and share insights and ideas with the team.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Petroleum Clients Department.

Requirements:

  • Techsavvy individual with a strong interest in the branding industry.
  • Curious and filled with new ideas and enthusiasm for learning and innovation.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google sheets, Docs & Slides.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about the petroleum industry and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
