Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for creating electronic and electro-mechanical products tailored to various industrial sectors. The main tasks involve designing new products and customizing existing ones to fulfill customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and work closely with a diverse team.
  • Lead all stages of new product development, from initial concept to market launch.
  • Design complete products and individual components following project timelines and plans.
  • Develop and maintain design specifications, testing procedures, control methods, and technical documentation for innovative products.
  • Produce PCBs for new applications, including creating parts lists, sourcing components, and testing prototypes.
  • Analyze electronic systems, perform simulations and tests, and implement enhancement strategies.
  • Create technical drawings and specifications for PCB assemblies, engage with customers, and conduct field tests.
  • Provide leadership in cross-functional teams to optimize design processes, ensuring customer requirements, quality standards, budget limits, and project deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Have at least 8 years of experience in electronics design and testing.
  • Proficiency in designing very low-power systems.
  • Experience in analog and digital design.
  • Familiarity with various test equipment for analog and digital circuits.
  • Knowledge of DMM, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Power Supplies, and other necessary equipment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
