Job Description: Manager Finance Operations would be responsible for establishing processes for correct capturing of revenues and expenses for certain business categories including for certain new channels and timely reporting of the same. Candidate will also be responsible for supporting category teams and providing solutions for operational issues in timely manner.

Candidate will be responsible for the overall Finance Operations management for certain businesses and also for the record to reporting of the same
Job Responsibilities: Manager- Finance Operations will be responsible for –§Leading the monthly financial close process§Set-up/improvise processes and systems to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions §Work closely with the Business Team, Sales, Supply, Operations and Tech teams to provide inputs and suggestions on how to operationalize new business opportunities.§Preparation of various Monthly and Quarterly Management reports, MIS, Budgets etc.§Work closely with FP& A and Corporate Finance team to drive controls and financial, §Work closely will with legal and tax team to ensure compliances§Ensure handling of statutory and internal audits with respect to the businesses handled§Develop and manage team looking after day to day operations including mentoring and coaching.

Requirements:

  • A Post Graduate degree in accounting/finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in Retail or E-Commerce
  • High levels of initiative with ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities
  • Must be able to set priorities, analyse problems and formalize clear effective solution
  • Strong numerical ability coupled with sound reasoning and logical deduction skills
  • Strong excel skills and communication/presentation skills
  • Collaborative style with strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication management skills
  • Experience in reconciling accounting figures and financial records
  • Appropriate handling of sensitive information
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • The ability to work accurately and independently.
  • Tally ERP and SAP knowledge is preferable
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • An eye for detail along with excellent analytical skills.
