Expectations:

  • Plan and implement a timeline for weekly product launches, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed on time
  • Closely coordinate with design, production, cataloging, and marketing teams to ensure readiness for product launches
  • Assist in listing new products on different online platforms with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain current and engaging product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Regularly analyze sales data to recognize trends, opportunities, and performance indicators
  • Gather and assess customer feedback to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Develop strategies to phase out underperforming products
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitors' actions, and customer preferences in the women's ethnic wear sector

Before you apply: An ideal candidate should have

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
2. 2+ years of relevant experience in a direct-to-consumer e-commerce enterprise. Prior experience in the Ethnic/Fashion segment is desirable.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork across functions
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices for listing on marketplaces is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and informed decision-making
  • Passion for fashion with a keen sense of women's ethnic wear trends
