Company Overview:
Ganpati Exim started its foray into business with indenting in the year 2003 catering mainly to the cycle and auto tyre industry in India.
It subsequently expanded its reach to other non-tyre industries like conveyor & transmission belts, hoses, soles, rubber sheets, seals, gaskets, pharmaceutical stoppers, automotive products etc.

The next step in Ganpati's journey was a natural progression to trading of rubber and related raw materials to cater to customer's requiring less than container load material and buying locally in India.
With an aim to become a global player and further enhancing customer service, Ganpati established its presence in UAE in 2018.

- Scanning Documents:
- Operate scanning equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all documents are scanned clearly and legibly.
- Organize scanned documents in digital format according to established guidelines.
- Filing Documents:
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure documents are filed in the appropriate locations for easy retrieval.
- Keep filing systems updated and organized regularly.
- Renaming Folders:
- Rename digital folders according to naming conventions and organizational standards.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in folder naming.
- Update folder names as necessary to reflect changes or updates.
- Post Couriers:
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for courier services.
- Complete necessary documentation for courier services.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of outgoing mail and packages.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Provide support to other team members as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in operating scanning equipment and software.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to follow naming conventions and filing systems accurately.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.
