Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
  • Sales Proposal Development:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and create persuasive proposals.

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.

Client Relations:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.

Presentation Skills:

  • Develop visually appealing and impactful presentations using PowerPoint for internal and external use.
  • Ensure presentations are wellorganized, visually engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.

MS Office Proficiency:

  • Utilize MS Office tools to streamline administrative processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Although a degree is not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree is nice to have.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Client Relations Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse High Net worth Individuals.
  • Proficiency in crafting persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritization and time management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
