Job Deliverables - Accounts Executive

Deliverables:

Financial Management:

  • Manage and oversee financial transactions associated with manufacturing imports and exports.
  • Maintain accurate records of international transactions, including invoices, payments, and shipments.
  • Monitor exchange rates, currency fluctuations, and their impact on financial transactions.

Import and Export Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all import and export regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure adherence to international trade laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated with changes in import/export laws and implement necessary modifications to processes.

Cost Analysis and Budgeting:

  • Analyze costs associated with imports and exports to optimize expenditure and improve profitability.
  • Contribute to budget planning and forecasting related to international transactions.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance financial performance.

4.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and present financial reports detailing import and exportrelated transactions.
  • Generate periodic financial statements, performance reports, and variance analysis for management review.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and external agencies involved in import/export activities.
