Job Title: Data Science Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to lead our team of talented data scientists and machine learning engineers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in deep learning (DL), machine learning (ML), data science, and computer vision, with a proven record of delivering data science products.


This role demands technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective collaboration to drive our data science initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the data science and machine learning team to create a high-performance environment.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development and delivery of data science products.
  • Model Development: Design and optimize predictive models using various techniques.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply computer vision-based deep learning models to solve challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Statistical Analysis: Use Python for data analysis and decision-making.
  • User Research Integration: Combine research and data science methodologies.
  • Product Delivery: Ensure successful deployment and maintenance of data science products.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • - 5+ years experience in DL/ML/Data science/Computer Vision.
  • - 2+ years leading data science or machine learning teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Python with strong predictive modeling experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering data science products.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
Good-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience in computer vision-based ML and DL models.
  • Experience in leading engineering teams.
