Job Brief:

To collect and analyze financial data, manage financial risks and create policies that support the organisation's economic security.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting, analyzing, reporting, presenting and forecasting financial data
  • Monitoring and assessing the finances of each department within an organization and the organization as a whole
  • Advising management on effective business strategies to reduce costs and increase revenue
  • Reviewing operational and product costs and payments for healthcare services
  • Supervising insurance claims and compensation processes
  • Making decisions about investments, such as the physical expansion of an organization, medical equipment or laboratory services
  • Developing budgets and create short and longterm business plans
  • Negotiating contracts with health insurance companies
  • Tracking risks and creating innovative solutions, including upgrading medical technologies and systems
  • Ensuring adherence to tax and legal regulations involving reporting and other financial activities
  • Analyzing market trends to establish prices for medical services
  • Directing funds toward medical research
  • Manage the finance team and coordinate with the auditors and Company secretary to ensure Financial Complaince.
Play a crucial role in the success of business and organizations.
