The F&P Testing and Training Business Process Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Finance and Procurement (F&P) community through the rollout of the AW (Arcadis Way). This role involves preparing and delivering training, maintaining training materials, managing testing processes, and integrating change initiatives into training and documentation.

Role Accountabilities

Training

Preparation and delivery of F&P training to Super/Key Users in both process and on system, with support from BPMs Create/maintain global repository of Oracle training material (super user, key user, end user), including Oracle Guided Learning flows Ensure all Oracle training environments are set up with correct third-party applications as well as smoke tested to confirm full functionality before any training event Is the first point of contact for post training questions and ad-hoc training needs

Testing

Create / maintain test Scripts library Lead collection of testing scenarios for each region under the guidance of the AW test lead Executes Functional Testing (FAT) prior to any solution test and supports Solution Test Execution (UAT) Ensure all Oracle testing environments are set up with correct third-party applications as well as smoke tested to confirm full functionality before any testing event

Change Management

Executes and integrates change initiatives into training delivery and documentation under the guidance of the OEA Change

Key Shared Accountabilities

Lead Super / Key User Training with support of BPM who deliver the process training

Key Profile Requirements

Training skills

Experience in training super users on how to use the different financial modules in Oracle ERP cloud (Fixed assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, General Ledger) Practical experience in one or more of the functional areas Excellent knowledge of finance and procurement processes Experience in facilitating training events for new system implementations and supporting Super users with their learning up until go-live

Testing Skills

Experience in running and facilitating test events (i.e. UAT or solution testing), and supporting testers with execution Experience with creating and maintaining test Scripts library Lead collection of testing scenarios for each region under the guidance of the AW test lead Experience with training of testers on the process of scenario writing, adding relevant test scripts and test data Hands on with Functional and Regression testing pre any solution test Coordination skills to follow up with testers and system integrator on workstream change requests and bug re-testing
