  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Driving business in the region through the Agency channel
  • Ensure diversification of portfolio into motor, nonmotor, and health products.
  • Responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure the achievement of business targets.
  • Ensure monthonmonth activation of agents as per targets set.
  • Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
  • Responsible to maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring the sustenance of the existing business.
  • Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to Agents.
  • Identify the area of improvement & enhance business opportunities.
  • Responsible for explorations & identification of new business avenues by way of cold calling, generation of referrals or business leads & networking through agents.
