Remote (With local travel for restaurant onboarding) we are actively hiring for Bangalore and Chandigarh

Employment Type:
Commission-Based

The commission model allows you to earn a scale starting from 30k up to 1.5 lakhs a month

1 Plate is an innovative food delivery app dedicated to bringing delicious meals from local restaurants directly to customers' doorsteps.

Our mission is to connect food lovers with their favorite eateries, ensuring a seamless and satisfying dining experience at home.


Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to onboard local restaurants onto the 1 Plate platform.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to earn based on performance.

The more restaurants you onboard, the more you earn

Key Responsibilities:
1.

Identify and approach potential restaurant partners to join the 1 Plate platform.

2.

Present and explain the benefits of the 1 Plate app to restaurant owners and managers.

3.

Negotiate and close deals to onboard new restaurants.

4.

Maintain and develop relationships with restaurant partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

5.

Achieve weekly targets of 25 restaurant conversions.

6.

Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and customer feedback.

7.

Use your own vehicle to visit and engage with restaurant partners within your area.

Qualifications:
1.

Proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role.

2.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

3.

Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time effectively.

4.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

5.

Must own a vehicle for commuting to local restaurants.

6.

Passion for the food industry and familiarity with local restaurant scenes is a plus.
