Job Description:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 05 to 08 years of an experience in US healthcare domain, Mediclaim Assist.
  • Team handling experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills (English – Writing and Speaking)
  • Good in MS office (Excel and Power point)
  • Willing to work in Night shift.
  • Graduation must.

Responsibilities:

  • Should have good communication skills, both written and oral, client and people management skills
  • Regular meetings with the team, ensure required support and address concerns, if any.
  • Set goals for each team member and provide feedback and coach team and acts as the first level reviewer of Team's performance.
  • Ensuring completion of targets assigned for the day and accountable for consistency of outputs both in terms of quality and timeliness
  • Understand the client sensitivity and exhibit commitment and ensuring response to client queries within agreed turnaround time.
  • Timely response to emails received from business/internal stakeholders.
  • Working on various set of reports that are required for daily/weekly/monthly metrics and hence should be well versed with excel and power point.
  • Knowledge & Experience on US Healthcare Domain.
  • Collaborates with Managers on key performance measures as set by the client.
  • Must be willing to extend the shift whenever there is a significant spike in volume.
  • Selected candidate should be willing to work from office.
