**Qualifications and Experience:

  • 05+ years of experiences in healthcare domain.
  • Excellent communication skills (English
  • Writing and Speaking)
  • Good in MS office (Excel and Power point)
  • Should be flexible with shift timings
  • Graduation must.

Responsibilities:

  • Should have good communication skills, both written and oral, client and people management skills
  • Regular meetings with the team, ensure required support and address concerns, if any.
  • Set goals for each team member and provide feedback and coach team and acts as the first level reviewer of
Team's performance.

  • Ensuring completion of targets assigned for the day and accountable for consistency of outputs both in terms of
quality and timeliness

  • Understand the client sensitivity and exhibit commitment and ensuring response to client queries within agreed
turnaround time.

  • Working on various set of reports that are required for daily/weekly/monthly metrics and hence should be well
versed with excel and power point.

  • Knowledge & Experience on US Healthcare Domain.
  • Collaborates with Managers on key performance measures as set by the client.
  • Should be flexible with shift timings

  • Must be willing to extend the shift whenever there is a significant spike in volume.
