Job Description - Database Developer

1) Work closely with the team to detect, diagnose, and remediate production issues.

2) Troubleshoot database related issues in a timely fashion.

3) Carry out monitoring, tuning, and database performance analysis.

4) Utilize ad-hoc techniques to perform on-the-fly analysis of data.

5) Design and implement complex SQL queries and new reports to support business needs.

6) Develop stored procedures, functions and triggers that conform to specific outputs and 7) Performance requirements to support.

8) Create and maintain Partitions, archiving data jobs and purging data.

9) Create and maintain SQL agent jobs that provide customer reporting and data maintenance.

10) Good to have knowledge on PostgreSQL.
