Job Description:

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Executive & Internal communication within the organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure effective communication strategies that foster engagement, alignment, and a sense of belonging among employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Executive & Internal communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values.
  • Lead a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand organizational goals, priorities, and messaging, and translate them into effective internal communication initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, advising on communication strategies, social media messaging, speech writing, presentations and other materials
  • Establish channels and platforms for internal communication, including intranet, newsletters, town hall meetings, and other digital and traditional mediums.
  • Create compelling content, including written, visual, and multimedia materials, to effectively communicate key messages, initiatives, and updates to employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, gathering feedback and data to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Corporate communications, Marketing and other departments to align communication efforts and ensure consistency in messaging across the organization
  • Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to ensure timely and transparent communication during challenging situations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to internal communication, and integrate relevant insights into strategies and initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of transparency, open communication, and employee engagement throughout the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in Executive & Internal communication, with a minimum of 5-6 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mind-set with the ability to align communication initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including intranet software, email marketing software, and social media platforms.
