Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Data Labeler/Annotator with a fundamental understanding of general AI concepts and a strong background in labeling and annotation tasks.

The ideal candidate will hold a PHD/Master's degree in English or a related field, demonstrating proficiency in language comprehension and communication skills.

As a Data Labeler/Annotator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our datasets by accurately labeling and annotating data points to facilitate machine learning model training and evaluation.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform data labeling and annotation tasks according to project requirements and guidelines.2.Ensure the accuracy and consistency of labeled data through meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and specifications.
Utilize annotation tools and software to efficiently annotate various data types, including text, images, and audio.
Conduct quality assurance checks to verify the integrity and completeness of annotated data.
Provide feedback on annotation guidelines and suggest improvements to enhance labeling efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain organized records of labeled datasets and documentation of annotation processes.
Assess the content and label content based on guidelines provided by the client.

To review/identify various contents provided from multiple sources and pass their individual judgements/decisions restricted within the options being provided as per task guidelines.

Categorize content post reviewing text, audio, or video files, understanding the intent of the User and making appropriate decisions.
Calibrations session within Team, with other location or even with client as per instruction from Command Centre.
Manage key SLA's and maintain performance levels as agreed with the client.

Any additional ad hoc tasks that may contribute to a better service to the client or improvement to the KPI.Adhering to all Office and Process specific policies.

To ensure that breaks are pre-approved by SME, Team Leader, or Manager.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's degree in English (Excellent written and spoken communication).2.Basic knowledge of general AI concepts and machine learning principles.3.Previous experience with data labeling and annotation tasks is preferred.4.Proficiency in English language comprehension and communication skills.5.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.6.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.7.Excellent time management and organizational skills.8.Basic level computer handling skills in Google Sheets, Google Docs along with a typing speed of 25-30 Words per minute.9.Strong sense of logical reasoning with decision making.10.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.11.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.12.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.13.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.14.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.15,Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
