### **Job Overview**:


Innomax IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Data Annotation Team Lead** to spearhead our data annotation projects. This role involves leading a team of annotators and domain experts to create high-quality annotated datasets across healthcare, agriculture, multilingual AI, and other emerging industries. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of machine learning workflows, particularly focused on data preparation for AI models.


### **Key Responsibilities**:


- **Team Leadership**: Manage and lead a team of data annotators and domain experts, providing clear instructions and overseeing the quality of their work.

- **Project Management**: Plan, execute, and deliver annotation projects on time, ensuring the quality and accuracy of annotated data. Work closely with project managers to ensure milestones are met.


- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that annotated data meets required standards. Regularly review outputs and provide feedback to the annotation team.


- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and tailor the data annotation process accordingly.


- **Training and Development**: Provide training to data annotators to ensure they understand the domain-specific requirements (e.g., healthcare, agriculture) and annotation tools.


- **Process Improvement**: Continuously improve data annotation workflows, methodologies, and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.


- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, quality checklists, and final deliverables.


- **Collaboration with AI Specialists**: Work with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure the annotated data is optimized for machine learning models, offering insights into how datasets will be utilized in training.


### **Key Qualifications**:


- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Specialization in AI/ML will be a plus.


- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data annotation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in healthcare, agriculture, or multilingual speech/text annotation projects is highly desirable.

- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, especially in preparing datasets for AI models.

- Familiarity with data annotation tools and platforms (e.g., Labelbox, Supervisely, Prodigy).

- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is an advantage.

- **Leadership and Management**: Proven ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring high standards of work, motivation, and timely project delivery.


- **Attention to Detail**: Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail to maintain high data quality standards.


- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to anticipate issues, propose solutions, and optimize workflows to ensure smooth project execution.


- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.


- **Adaptability**: Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to shifting client needs.


### **Preferred Qualifications**:


- Experience in collaborating with research institutions or government bodies on AI and data-centric projects.

- Knowledge of regional Indian languages and dialects, particularly in speech and text annotation, would be an asset.

- Prior experience working with healthcare IT systems or agriculture tech solutions.
