Required Skills & Experience:

 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Management, Data Science)

 3-5 years of experience in data management, preferably in education or nonprofit

sectors

 Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., CRM platforms, Excel, SQL)

 Experience with reporting tools for data visualization and analysis

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity

 Familiarity with alumni relations and fundraising concepts is desirable

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
