The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing product strategies to drive growth and enhance the user experience for our B2 C (phygital) offerings.
What You Will Be Doing Create and implement product strategies that are in line with the objectives of the organisation.
Work together to create and implement product roadmaps with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, and sales).
Create and update product documentation, including specs, user stories, and use cases Define product needs and prioritise features based on user feedback and data.
From concept to launch, oversee the product development process to make sure that products are delivered on time Utilise data to guide future product decisions by analysing metrics for product performance and user engagement.
Keep an eye on market developments and rival products to spot potential risks and opportunities.
