Job Title: Academy Partner

Location: India

The Academy Partner in APAC will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing onboarding training programs and developing professional and technical curricula. Key responsibilities include facilitating training sessions, conducting training needs analysis, and enhancing employee engagement through continuous learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and review onboarding training programs to ensure new employees are well-equipped for their roles.
  • Develop professional and technical curricula in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Support knowledge transfer programs for new employees.
  • Conduct annual training needs analysis and define training plans.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions and lead training projects.
  • Update and improve training content to align with organizational changes.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Enhance employee engagement and professional growth.

Experience and Attributes

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data & analytics/technology corporations.
  • Proficient in training needs analysis, development, and facilitation.
  • Agile, collaborative, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with LMS/LXP.
  • Relevant educational background in Instructional Design, Education, or Communications is a plus.
