About your team
Workplace Investing (WI) Operations provides pension administration services for corporate clients, offering comprehensive support to scheme members, trustees, and IFAs. The team plays a crucial role in managing various tasks for DC members and IFAs.
- Process and validate administration packs for DC members and IFAs
- Provide information on pension plans
- Handle IFA Letters of Authority and benefit projection requests
- Ensure quality and accuracy of work done within the team
The role involves managing client instructions efficiently, coordinating with different teams, and escalating issues when necessary. A passion for customer service and adherence to quality standards are essential for this role.
About you
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of allocated work
- Update member records as per procedures
- Issue routine correspondence to members while ensuring legal compliance
- Adhere to Quality and Productivity standards
- Liaise with internal departments to prioritize work
- Identify process improvement ideas and escalate potential issues promptly
- Generate required reports and Statements
- Maintain confidentiality in handling client information
- Handle additional responsibilities efficiently
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Understanding of mutual funds and UK financial products
- Good communication skills and customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience in client services and knowledge of pensions process is a plus
