Pangolin Marketing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Design Lead with 6 years of experience in an agency setting.

This role demands a strategic thinker and innovative leader who can develop design systems, implement design thinking methodologies, and build processes for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will not only excel in conceptual thinking but also mentor junior designers to elevate their skills and capabilities.

  • Conceptual Thinking: Lead the conceptual development of creative projects, translating client needs into innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Mentorship and Development: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.
