Reporting - Business Head & Dotted line to CHRO Looking for candidates who are:

1. Strong on Execution: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for executing the recruitment strategy effectively, with a focus on consistently achieving the target of adding toHC annually. This involves actively sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process efficiently, and ensuring timely onboarding of new employees.

2. Proficient in Sourcing Strategies: The Manager should be adept at using various sourcing channels and techniques to identify and attract top talent. This includes leveraging job boards, social media platforms, networking, employee referrals, and other innovative methods to build a robust pipeline of candidates.

3. Managing Multiple Stakeholders: In the recruitment process, the Manager interacts with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates. They should effectively coordinate and collaborate with these stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.

4. Personality That Attracts People: A key aspect of the role is to have a personality that naturally attracts people and fosters positive relationships. The Manager should be approachable, engaging, and capable of building rapport with candidates, as well as holding meaningful conversations with senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
