The role is part of a desk extension team and reports into the PB Emerging Markets Performance Management/COO team in Singapore; as well as having a local reporting line in Mumbai.

Your Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)

Essential Job Functions:

Preparation of Cost Forecast documents and Forecast calls: Coordination, review financials, comments & uploads. Support Cost & FTE Management, which includes maintenance of hiring pipeline & other FTE housekeeping activities. Support various planning rounds incl. adjustments of planning scenarios, alignment with global planning team. Upload planning figures in the system, maintenance of planning figures during the year (adjustments). Monthly Cost and FTE forecast loads in the system, preparing commentary for explaining MoM variations. Cost Deep dives and providing Commentaries on ExCo / Monthly Review Meetings. Support / run specific Performance Management related projects (e.g. Client profitability analysis, client segment analysis, cost driver analysis, new KPI steering approach, etc.) Project can be with specific focus or could have global background.

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages Strong understanding of Cost and Headcount (P&A) topics for Plan/Forecast Good working knowledge of PowerPoint presentations Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues Very Good Excel working knowledge Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written Good knowledge of the financial sector
