We areseeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce Operations Managerwho would be responsible in setting up our Ecommerce operation. Theideal candidate will have a passion for ecommerce strongorganizational skills and the ability to manage distribution on aGloballevel.

Order Dispatch:
Oversee andmanage the endtoend order dispatch process across multiplecountries.
Ensure timely andaccurate order fulfillment and delivery by coordinating withlogistics partners and internalteams.

Inventory Management:
Monitorand manage inventory levels across different warehouses andlocations.
Implement inventorycontrol procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocksituations.
Coordinate withsuppliers to ensure timely replenishment ofstock.

Customer Service:
Address andresolve customer inquiries and issues related to order dispatch anddelivery.
Collaborate withcustomer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience andimplement processes to improve customersatisfaction.

Process Improvement:
Identifyand implement systems and processes to enhance operationalefficiency and effectiveness focusing on improving business metricsespecially order fulfillmentrates.
Utilize data and analyticsto monitor performance and drive continuous improvementinitiatives
Conduct regular useracceptance testing (UAT) to ensure all system integrations arefunctioningoptimally.

Compliance and Reporting:
Ensurecompliance with local regulations and industry standards for orderdispatch and delivery.
Prepareand present regular reports on operational performance KPIs and keymetrics.
Identify areas forimprovement based on performancedata

CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with digital marketing category teams financelogistics and legal teams to ensure compliant and efficient ecommerce operations.
Collaboratewith the call center team to manage consumer feedback and implementsystems to further improve customersatisfaction.

Innovation:
Take initiatives tointroduce new functionalities that improve the overall customerexperience and operationalefficiency.

Requirements Qualifications:
Degree in Business AdministrationSupply Chain Management or a relatedfield.
A minimum of 7 years ofexperience in ecommerce operations logistics or supply chainmanagement.
Proven experiencemanaging order dispatch and fulfillment in multiplecountries.
Strong understanding ofecommerce platforms order management systems and logisticssoftware.
Excellent organizationalanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
Ability towork independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
Proficiency in dataanalysis and reportingtools.
Experience with processimprovement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is aplus.
