As the E-Commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:


Research and identify new products daily to expand the product range, and efficiently integrate them into the Shopify store, ensuring consistent updates and enhancements.


Platform Management:
Oversee the management and maintenance of our e-commerce platform.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve user experience.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement new features and functionality.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize supply chain operations.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

Order Fulfillment and Logistics:
Develop and implement efficient order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Monitor order status and address any issues related to order processing and fulfillment.

Customer Experience Enhancement:
Continuously evaluate and improve the online shopping experience for our customers.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data insights.
Develop strategies to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce operations management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
