The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the financial services industry, specifically in consumer lending, particularly in two-wheeler loans.

Key Planning & Execution:

  • Establish the new line of business in the two-wheeler loan segment
  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow and drive profitability
  • Set up a team to support the business plan
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets
Operational Management:

  • Oversee the loan process from origination to collections
  • Ensure efficient and customer-friendly loan processing
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the loan portfolio
  • Implement risk management and compliance frameworks
Relationship Management:

  • Establish partnerships with dealers and stakeholders
  • Address customer grievances promptly
Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work with departments like Credit, Risk, Legal, and IT
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns
Product Management:

  • Design, develop, and enhance loan products
  • Ensure competitive pricing and attractive features
Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture
Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and market trends
  • Use data analytics to drive insights
  • Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
    - Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, especially in two-wheeler loans, with at least 6 years in a senior role
    - Successful track record in managing loan portfolios
    - Deep understanding of the two-wheeler market and financial products
    - Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
    - Excellent leadership and communication abilities
    - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
