JobDescription:
Weare seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Process Associate forour Non Voice team. The ideal candidate will be responsible forhandling various nonvoice tasks efficiently andaccurately.

Responsibilities:
Processincoming data and documents accurately andefficiently.

Performdata entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention todetail.

Communicateeffectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smoothworkflow.

Followestablished guidelines and procedures for processingtasks.

Meetproductivity targets and deadlinesconsistently.

Maintainconfidentiality and security of sensitiveinformation.

Adhereto company policies and regulationsalways.

Requirements

Bachelorsdegree or equivalentqualification.

Previousexperience in a nonvoice process role is preferred but notrequired.

Proficiencyin computer skills including MS Officeapplications.

Excellenttyping speed andaccuracy.

Strongattention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy underpressure.

Goodcommunication skills both written andverbal.

Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.

Willingnessto work nightshifts.
