Weare in search of a dedicated and detailoriented Process Associateto join our Voice Operations team. The ideal candidate will excelin handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently whilemaintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handleinbound and outbound calls with professionalism andcourtesy.
  2. Accuratelyprocess and document information obtained duringcalls.
  3. Assistcallers with inquiries concerns and requests in a timely andefficientmanner.
  4. Followpredefined scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and qualityofservice.
  5. Communicateeffectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamlesscallflow.
  6. Meetperformance targets for call quality productivity and customersatisfaction.
  7. Maintainconfidentiality and security of sensitive information obtainedduringcalls.
  8. Adhereto company policies and regulations at alltimes.

Requirements
  1. Bachelorsdegree or equivalentqualification.
  2. Previousexperience in a voice process role is preferred but notrequired.
  3. Proficiencyin computer skills including MS Officeapplications.
  4. ExcellentEnglish fluency both verbal andwritten.
  5. Stronginterpersonal skills and ability to build rapport withcallers.
  6. Abilityto handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attentiontodetail.
  7. Willingnessto work night shifts and adapt to changingschedules.
  8. Abilityto work independently as well as part of ateam.
