Your Job As a part of the engineering team, this role involves developing efficient embedded applications, optimizing existing applications, and creating clean and reusable libraries. The Embedded Software Developer needs a solid understanding of Real-Time OSes and System-on-Chips, along with advanced problem-solving abilities.

Our Team The Analyst - Planner is responsible for balancing supply and demand within the designated supply chain hub, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and minimizing excess stock. They select the most cost-effective mode of transportation from manufacturing sites to ensure on-time delivery to meet customer demands.

What You Will Do

  • 2 years of experience in global planning, scheduling, purchasing materials requirement or supply chain in SAP environment. Exposure to planning strategies and GS&OP.
PREFERRED: Hands-on experience with analytic tools such as BW, Every Angle, PowerBI, etc. Ensuring accurate translation of customer demand to manufacturing plants via purchase documents. To process and follow up on all expedite requests from customers to guarantee satisfaction. Coordinate expedite processes between customer service and manufacturing plants. Monitor and manage all aspects of the purchase document backlog. Manage supply delivery performance of manufacturing plants and vendors. Support the allocation process with relevant stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators and take necessary actions to meet set targets. Undertake additional duties as assigned by Management. Integrate with Sales and Product Managers to address various order issues. Manage slow, excess or obsolete materials. Provide data and analysis to management upon request. Offer training to new team members. Participate and contribute innovative ideas to the development of GSC CoE.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Supply Chain or related field
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. What Will Put You Ahead Display self-assurance and an organized approach as you will be working independently under pressure. Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments. Proven economic and critical thinking skills with an analytical mindset and data mining capabilities. Previous experience with MRP software, ideally with SAP ECC/BW. Demonstrated continuous professional development. Excellent communication skills and attentive listening. High level of integrity. Proficiency in SAP and Excel. Strong presentation skills and cross-cultural adaptability. Willingness to travel as required. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated to manage workload independently with minimal supervision.
