What we're looking for:
  • Experience: Proven experience in UI and API automation testing and creating test frameworks.
  • Tool Familiarity: Strong understanding of tools like Appium as well as cloud platforms like Perfecto Seetest or Saucelabs, etc.
  • API Knowledge: Strong understanding of backend services and API testing methodologies.
  • Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python for test automation.
  • CI/CD Experience: Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Agile Familiarity: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of automotive systems or relevant domains is considered a plus.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.


What you'll be doing:
  • Automation Planning and Execution: Developing and executing an automation planning and scripting strategy.
  • Test Framework Development: Designing and developing reusable test frameworks for both UI and API testing.
  • Test Script Integration: Managing the integration of automated test scripts with a test management tool.
  • Problem Solving: Analyzing and solving complex problems and motivating team members to produce creative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating in the overall automation effort, influencing priorities, and working closely with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Management: Setting up and maintaining pipelines for test execution.
  • Deployment and Release Support: Supporting deployment and release activities.
  • Estimation: Collaborating in the creation of QA program estimates and automation timelines.


Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) Highlight Top 35 skills:
  • Java: Very good in Java core concepts.
  • Understanding of Mobile applications testing.
  • Very good understanding of Junit/BDD/Selenium framework.

  • Provide status reports to Account Management as requested.
