This position is ideal for an experiencedtest engineer who is passionate about testing complex productsrequiring high scalability and reliability. You will provideleadership and bring a strong qualityfocused background to the teamworking to develop and improve test effectiveness and efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Workwith team to define test strategy and approach for automated andmanual testing
  • Design and build test automationthat is resilient and robust
  • Create manageexecute and maintain automation testscripts
  • Mentor and educate software engineerson test best practices and approach
  • Createcomprehensive test plans alongside development which provideoutstanding code coverage and that can be traced to usecases/stories
  • Create test cases forfeatures/functions; with detailed steps to perform and expectedresults
  • Execute test cases provide results andcreate resulting defects with diagnostic information for propertriage
  • Participate in and contribute testeffort estimates in Sprint/Release planningsessions
  • Be passionate about driving qualitythroughout the product lifecycle
  • Responsiblefor ensuring that all security availability confidentiality andprivacy policies and controls are adheredto

EXPERIENCEANDKNOWLEDGE:
  • Bachelorsdegree in engineering computer science or a relatedfield
  • 5 years of experience and knowledgeof:
  • Test best practices automation test plansand testing methodology
  • Test case managementskills
  • Experience with one or moregeneralpurpose programming or scriptinglanguages
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience
  • Strong understanding of complex enterprisearchitecture
  • Experience in working in variouslayers of a complex applicationstack:
  • Debugging complex applications issuesthrough code review and log review
  • Strong testplan organization and test execution planning skills in a CI andAgile environment
  • Excellent technicalcommunication skills problem solving aptitude and outofthe boxthinking
  • Experience working in small highlyefficient teams with a high degree of collaborationprowess
  • Passionate about the work proactivework ethic and highly motivated attitude to provide excellence insoftware quality
  • Experience with versioncontrol systems such as Git and associated branchingstrategies
  • Experience using Groovy or similarobjectoriented programminglanguages.
  • Experience in Selenium ispreferred
  • Python experience isplus
  • Katalon experience aplus

  • Experiencein the fintech industry
  • Experience with SaaShighly desired
