Business analysts (BAs) are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business, gathering and shaping technical and functional requirements from program stakeholders (Business, IT, Transformation programs ...).

They drive a comprehensive requirements management process through workshops with stakholders, prioritization, fit-gap and dependencies analysis, user stories ellaboration, estimations, implementation risk assesments.

They define E2E telco solution meeting stakeholder requirements, with proper documentation and based on Telco standards (ODA/ ETOM/ SID). They provide Support in de SDLC to Development & QA teams.

SKILLS LIST:

  • 10+ years experience working as a Business Analyst in OSS in a Telco Operator
  • Experience working with BPMN tools (ARIS 10)
  • Experience working in full
  • Capacity to take the user requirements
  • Database model designs
  • High SQL knowledge
  • Prototyping and wireframing
  • Enough technical skills to understand the final solution

  • Knowledge in Telecom Networks (Fixed Access and Transport networks, Mobile 4G/5G core platforms, SVA, SS7, IMS, MPLS, 3GPP, Radio RAN/O-RAN...) from a OSS-Network Transformation (Network Planning/Design/Build/Testing/Automation) perspective.
