Pepper Content is developing a global content marketplace to connect companies and content creators for scaling up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories.

In the past 5 years, more than 100,000 freelance content creators have applied to join the Pepper network, and we collaborate with the top 5% talent. On the other side, we partner with over 2500 customers such as Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and many startups.

We are working towards establishing a worldwide on-demand content marketplace platform that encourages collaboration, discovery, and skills enhancement for all our creators.

Currently, we are rapidly expanding to offer more content services, engage a broad range of content creators, and enhance our existing services.

To support these initiatives, we have some exciting product concepts in the pipeline and are searching for a Senior Client Service Director.

We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, adaptable to uncertainty, excellent with people, understands our technical vision, and is ready to dive into tasks.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in all phases of the account management process.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Building strong client relationships by providing exceptional after-sales service.
  • Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Regularly engaging with clients via telephone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate records of existing and potential clients.
  • Encouraging repeat business from clients.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
  • Analyzing performance data to offer clients data-driven insights and enhance service offerings accordingly.
  • Ensuring timely receivables and cash flow from clients.
  • Coordinating internally to ensure smooth account operations and meet all project deliverables.
  • Providing timely updates to the team and clients on project progress.

The ideal candidate must :

  • Have a minimum of 8 years experience in account management/client services roles, with experience in a digital marketing agency being advantageous.
  • Possess experience in managing US enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Show willingness to go beyond the job description.
  • Understand market trends and competitor activities.
  • Be proficient in identifying key contacts within targeted organizations.
  • Handle complaints with professionalism.
  • Deliver results effectively under pressure.
  • Have project management experience.
  • Be capable of multitasking and working within deadlines.
  • Work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in utilizing the Salesforce contact platform is a must.
