Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
  • Proven 35 years' experience in key account management.
  • Travelling should not be constraints.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that brings in the most income for the company.
  • Addressing and resolving key clients' complaints.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's longterm goals.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for an assigned territory.
  • Setting the sales targets, tracking the progress and reporting results on a periodic basis.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and ensuring that the goals are achieved.
  • Generating sales via travelling on field and visiting to doctors.
  • Keeping up with Ayurveda product and service information and updates.
  • Managing Key Accounts clients of assign territory and with minimum travelling of 70%.
