About the Role:

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for leading our company's technological vision, strategy, and development.

You will oversee all aspects of our technology department and work closely with other executives to ensure that our technological solutions align with our business goals and objectives.

Work Location :
Preferred Ahmedabad/Mumbai (work-from-office model)

Your key goals and responsibilities (includes but is not limited to) :

  • Develop and implement the company's overall technology strategy, including longterm goals and roadmap.
  • Lead and manage the technology team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technological solutions, products, and services.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our technology infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize technology needs and requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders related to technology initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the technology budget, including cost optimization strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on emerging technologies, such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
  • Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the technology team and across the organization.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing our technical capabilities and thought leadership.
What you MUST have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technologydriven organization specially in a startup companies.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading technology projects and teams.
  • Experience in budget management and vendor/partner relationship management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for startups, innovation, and disruptive technologies, coupled with a resultsoriented mindset and a bias for action.
